Westgate South Beach Oceanfront Resort, Miami Beach

Overall, my experience was quite mixed. The hotel has some wonderful amenities and engaging staff, particularly Luisito, who made my stay enjoyable with craft activities and a fun Halloween party. However, the noise from neighboring rooms and the parking fees were frustrating. While there are plenty of fun activities and a nice pool, the challenges with noise and extra costs make it less appealing for the price.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel before our cruise! The service from Michel Olivares was exceptional, especially when he delivered an ice cream sundae to our room right on time. However, we were disappointed to find cockroaches in our accommodations, which is unacceptable. Overall, the hotel has great facilities for families, but the pest issue certainly dampened our experience.

Our stay at the resort was great overall. We loved how close we were to the beach and enjoyed the spacious rooms, which worked perfectly for our family. The standout feature was definitely the staff, especially Luis, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was a concern, and the parking fees were more than we anticipated, which detracted from the value a bit.

I had such a mixed experience at this resort. While the rooms were spacious and modern with a nice view, the service really let me down due to poor communication and attention to detail. The location is excellent, so close to the beach, which was a major plus for my trip. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and I expected more amenities based on the resort's reputation.

We had an amazing week at Westgate South Beach! The beach is just steps away, and the updated rooms were lovely. Luis truly made our stay enjoyable with his helpful recommendations. However, we did experience some noise from upstairs, which was a bit bothersome at night. Overall, we can't wait to come back!
